Opening a new restaurant or venue location comes with enough to organize already — suppliers, staff, furnishings. The digital side (menu, QR, reviews) shouldn't be another project that drags on for weeks. Here is your real-world, phone-ready checklist, done in just a few minutes.
1. Create the new location in the dashboard
From your settings, add the new venue: name, address, and if available, the link to its Google Maps listing — from there, BoostWiFi automatically imports the logo, photos, and social links already present, so you don't have to copy them manually.
2. Import the menu from a photo
If your new location has the same menu as another branch, you can copy it directly. If it’s a new or different menu and you already have a photo (even just one uploaded to Google Maps), the system reads the text and creates the dish list for you — see the full guide on the digital menu in 2 minutes.
3. Generate and print the table QR codes
Every table needs a QR sticker. Generate them all at once from the dashboard, with the table number already associated. Remember: these are dynamic QR codes, so even if you change their destination in the future, the sticker printed today remains valid forever.

4. Activate the direct channel with the manager
Even before your first customer arrives, it is worth activating Real Time Feedback with the Manager: an additional direct channel to receive reports immediately, while leaving each customer free to review on Google. We discuss this in detail in the guide on what to do with a negative review.
5. Verify the QR on-site, on opening day
The only step that requires physical presence is the simplest one: on the first day, scan each printed QR yourself to verify that it opens the correct page. From that moment on, any future changes — menu, QR destination, hours — can be done again from your phone, from anywhere.
The result
A new location operationally ready on the digital front in a single session, with no wait times, no technicians to coordinate — and already accessible from the same dashboard you use to manage your other locations, with the location selector described in our guide to multi-location management.
